The rules for using Little Invites

1. What Little Invites Is

Little Invites is an AI-powered invitation design platform that allows customers to generate personalised invitation designs for birthdays, celebrations and other events.

The Service may include free previews, downloadable digital invitation designs and paid products or services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Little Invites.

If you are under 18 years old, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian to use Little Invites.

3. Availability

Little Invites is currently available only in selected countries.

We may restrict or refuse access to the Service based on your location, applicable laws or operational requirements.

4. Orders and Payments

Some features of Little Invites require payment.

Unless otherwise stated:

• purchases are one-time purchases;
• prices are shown during checkout; and
• payments are processed by trusted third-party payment providers.

Except where required by law, purchases of digital products are non-refundable once the product has been delivered.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory consumer protection laws.

5. AI-Generated Designs

Little Invites uses artificial intelligence to generate invitation designs based on the information you provide.

Although we continually improve the Service, AI-generated content may occasionally contain mistakes, formatting issues or other inaccuracies.

You are responsible for reviewing every invitation before purchasing, downloading, printing or distributing it.

In particular, you should carefully verify:

• names;
• dates;
• times;
• locations;
• spelling;
• grammar; and
• all event details.

Little Invites is not responsible for errors that remain after you approve or download a design.

Because designs are generated by artificial intelligence, they may be similar to designs generated for other customers. We do not guarantee that any design will be unique, and no exclusivity is granted.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Little Invites to:

• break the law;
• submit unlawful or offensive requests;
• create content that exploits, endangers or sexualises anyone under 18 years of age;
• create content that harasses, threatens, defames or promotes hatred or violence against any person or group;
• use the name, image or likeness of a real person without their consent;
• mislead, deceive or defraud others;
• infringe the intellectual property rights of others;
• interfere with the operation or security of the Service;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• use automated systems to abuse or overload the Service; or
• misuse the Service in any way that may harm Little Invites or other users.

By submitting invitation details, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content and that you have obtained the consent of any person whose name or details will appear on your invitation.

We may refuse requests or limit access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

7. Intellectual Property

Little Invites, including its software, branding, website, templates, AI systems and underlying technology, is owned by Throwing Eights or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.

8. Licence to Use Generated Invitations

Once you have lawfully obtained a generated invitation design, you may use it for your own personal event purposes.

You may print, share and distribute your invitation in connection with that event.

You may not resell, redistribute or commercially exploit generated invitation designs as standalone products without our prior written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of Little Invites is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that we may collect and use information as described in that policy.

10. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service using reasonable care and skill.

However, we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, software updates, technical failures, internet outages, third-party provider failures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service where we reasonably believe:

• these Terms have been breached;
• the Service is being misused;
• legal or regulatory obligations require us to act; or
• continued access would create a security, operational or reputational risk.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice before taking action, but we are not required to do so.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• the Service is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis;
• we do not guarantee that AI-generated content will always be accurate or suitable for every purpose;
• we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from your use of the Service; and
• we are not liable for losses caused by internet failures, third-party services, user error or unauthorised access.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may modify, improve, replace or discontinue any part of the Service from time to time.

We may also update these Terms.

Updated Terms will be published on the Little Invites website and will take effect when published unless otherwise stated.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

You agree to submit to the courts of Victoria, Australia, except where mandatory laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
